How to Use Stanzify

Stanzify helps turn your original writing into organized, song-ready material. You do not need songwriting, production, or AI experience to begin.

Before You Start

Bring writing you own or have permission to use. This can be a poem, prayer, reflection, spoken-word piece, lyric idea, story excerpt, devotional, testimony, or journal note.

Your answers during Intake and Song Vision help Stanzify shape the result. Share only what is useful for the project, and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Transform Writing

Use See What This Could Become to ask Stanzify to work from your writing and choices. It may analyze, clean, organize, structure, or develop your material into song-ready options.

Review the result before using it. Stanzify does not guarantee originality, copyrightability, commercial success, or release readiness.

Input

Paste or type your original writing. Stanzify uses this as the source material.

Intake

Choose the creative direction, writing type, goal, use, tone, energy, and optional chorus idea. “Not sure” is okay.

Analyze

Stanzify shows what it notices in your writing, including voice, emotional center, strong phrases, and possible chorus anchors.

Clean

Stanzify lightly cleans readability while showing what wording and emotional language it protected.

Lyrics

Review lyric directions such as closest-to-original, full song format, and shorter song format.

Structure

See a simple map of how the piece could move through sections, including a possible refrain or anchor.

Song Vision

Add optional style, tempo, vocal, arrangement, energy, rhythm, backing vocal, era, and “what to avoid” direction. Plain language is welcome.

Export

Copy or download formats such as Suno Prompt, Udio Prompt, Song Sheet, Lyrics Only, or Spoken Word Script when available.

Save

Save projects so you can reopen, rename, duplicate, or delete them later. Signed-in users save projects to their Stanzify account.

Credits and Included Transforms

Free accounts include 3 Transform Writing actions per UTC day. Creator accounts include 200 Transform Writing actions per UTC month.

Included transforms are used first. Purchased credits are extra transforms bought separately and are used only after your included transforms are unavailable or used up. Purchased credits do not expire or reset with your plan allowance.

If a transform fails before completion, Stanzify is designed to restore the included transform or purchased credit used for that attempt.

Billing and Plans

Buy Credits, upgrade to Creator, view usage, and manage billing from Account Settings. Creator is available monthly or annual, and both receive the same monthly included transform allowance.

Monthly to Annual changes are scheduled for the next renewal. Use Manage Billing to review payment details, cancel, or make supported billing changes through Stripe.

Accounts and Saved Projects

Create an account or sign in from the top of the page. Use Forgot Password? to request a reset email.

Open My Projects to find saved work. Local projects remain in the browser where they were saved; signed-in cloud projects are connected to your Stanzify account. Save work you want to reopen later before signing out or closing the browser.

Ownership, Copyright, and Safety

Your words remain yours. Stanzify does not claim ownership of your writing, answers, notes, instructions, preferences, prompts, or other User Content.

Use material you own or have permission to use, and use Stanzify responsibly. Read the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use guidance for details.

Do I need songwriting experience?

No. Choose what you know, use “Not sure” when needed, and review the result in plain language.

What counts as a transform?

A billable transform is a cloud-authenticated Transform Writing request started with See What This Could Become.

What happens when I use all my included transforms?

Stanzify uses purchased credits if you have them. If you have no included transforms and no purchased credits available, the transform is blocked and you can buy credits.

Do purchased credits expire?

Purchased credits are separate from plan allowance and do not expire or reset with the daily or monthly included allowance.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Use Manage Billing in Account Settings. Billing changes are handled through Stripe, and cancellation is managed there.

Are my projects saved automatically?

Use Save Project when you want to keep work for later. Saved Projects can be reopened, renamed, duplicated, or deleted.

Does Stanzify publish or distribute my song?

No. Stanzify helps prepare writing, prompts, song sheets, lyrics, and scripts. It does not publish or distribute music for you.

Can I use copyrighted lyrics from someone else?

Do not submit or transform copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use. Stanzify does not grant rights to third-party material.

Stanzify is designed to help writers shape creative material. Signed-in users can save projects to their Stanzify account, and local projects may also remain in the user’s browser.

Stanzify may collect the writing, answers, preferences, instructions, notes, and other information you provide while using the service. We use this information to provide the features you request, including analyzing, organizing, transforming, or developing your writing and song direction, and to save your projects when you choose to do so.

Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information about yourself or others. Do not submit private or sensitive information about another person unless you have a legitimate reason and the appropriate right or permission to do so.

User Content Ownership

Your User Content includes the original writing, answers to Stanzify questions, Intake responses, Analyze responses, Song Vision responses, preferences, instructions, notes, title choices, creative direction, prompts, and other original information you enter into Stanzify. You retain ownership of your User Content. Stanzify does not claim ownership of it.

By using Stanzify, you give Stanzify only the limited permission needed to receive, process, transform, store when you choose to save, and return your content to you as part of the service. This is not a transfer of ownership.

User Responsibility and Copyright

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use the content you submit. Do not submit or transform copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use, including full song lyrics, poems, books, articles, scripts, copyrighted devotional content, or substantial portions of another person’s protected work.

Stanzify is a writing-transformation tool. It does not grant rights to third-party material, determine fair use, guarantee originality, guarantee copyrightability, or guarantee that transformed content is free from third-party rights claims.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Stanzify to create, transform, assist, or distribute content whose purpose is to threaten, harass, bully, intimidate, dox, humiliate, degrade, sexually harass, exploit, impersonate someone for deceptive or harmful purposes, facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct, violate intellectual-property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, or intentionally create defamatory or maliciously false attacks against identifiable people.

Do not use Stanzify to promote hatred or discrimination against protected groups, use racist, ethnic, religious, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or similar slurs as targeted abuse, encourage or celebrate violence against people or groups, sexually exploit minors, facilitate abuse or exploitation, or facilitate other unlawful harmful conduct.

Content Context

Content involving profanity, slurs, violence, trauma, abuse, grief, protest, religious or political themes, or other sensitive subjects is not automatically prohibited. Context and purpose matter. Legitimate artistic, educational, historical, testimonial, journalistic, religious, critical, or expressive uses may be appropriate when the purpose is not abuse, intimidation, exploitation, or targeted harm.

Misuse

Stanzify may restrict access or take other reasonable steps if the service is used in a way that violates these terms or creates legal, safety, or operational risk. Stanzify does not promise to review every submission.
